Gasthof Zum Mohren in Landsberg am Lech

We can't judge the food, but the rooms and the service don't go well with it. The staff did not seem to be informed of our arrival and bedding for our child was also missing, which we only got a day later. The condition of the room was rather poor, price-performance ratio didn't match. Overall very disappointing, the website promised more.

We came back at the beginning of September after many years (with only good memories). It was busy and it is okay for us that the waiters have been stressed. Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time. We could only place the order after 20 minutes and then had to wait another 35 minutes for the food, which has definitely shrunk to smaller portions. However, it was frightening that WE did not have to provide any contact details. Despite all the stress, this must not go under.

Waiters quarreled, had to wait 20 minutes to be able to place orders, the next table went after the food was still not there 1 hour after the order. Also left

We ate very tasty Käsespätzle and drank a beer, the waiters were incredibly nice and made a porridge for our little one. Great restaurant👍

We visited Landsberg. We ate here at noon. It was very delicious. And the portions were big enough for our appetites. Unfortunately, the red cabbage with the duck was a little too heavy on cloves. Hence only four stars.

We were looking for a restaurant for lunch and we definitely found it. The nice impression remains inside. A nicely furnished guest room. Big enough to keep your distance even during the Corona period. For dinner you have always ordered dishes with chanterelles. Both were delivered quickly and hot. The portions were big enough to fill you up and really delicious. The service was very friendly and the boss also had a smile on his face. You felt really good. Oh yes, the beer schnapps is a specialty. My wife liked it so much that we bought a bottle straight away. ;-)

With two complaints (wrong drinks and missing side salad) the waiters pointed out with a clear "not now" that they don't want to listen to me. The order was taken after about half an hour and served after 1 1/2 hours. The food was lukewarm and not very salted (fillet with chanterelles). As already described above, the side salad that was not served was missing. I will never visit this restaurant again even though I live in Landsberg. It goes without saying that I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very disappointed! Long waiting time, regardless of whether it was to order, bring drinks, the food itself or the bill. The Kässpatzen taste absolutely nothing and are also extremely fatty. For this price of almost € 12 you can expect the world's best Kässpatzen! In the end, asked 4 times for the bill. As I said, very disappointing.

My son and I visited Gasthof Mohren on the 15th of August. The motto of this restaurant is Frische and Geschmack, but there was none. The soup was good, creamy and fatty, so it was impossible to eat it without bread. The two waiters could not bring bread for some 20 minutes till the soup was cold. Later the waiter, who was around 40, said that according to his opinion bread was excessive. The fact is that  nobody asked his opinion as we are used to make decisions ourselves, his only duty was to follow requests of clients. The fish for the main course was fried from frozen one instead of fresh. To make things worse the waiter demanded *Trinkgeld* and this was really the last straw. I can only confirm negative reviews, no wonder this Gasthof is on the bottom of the list and has a very poor score. Elena

One of oldest restaurant and hostel serves traditional German dishes

A decent portion of onion roast beef, not that expensive, and a very warm, friendly service. Good hygiene concept, very neat sanitary solution, barrier-free. Good espresso. The location in the old town is fantastic. We were satisfied and would like to come back.

Today it has been a long time to go to the Mohren again. Staff very nice and coming before. Value for money. The pork roast nice and tender with a pointed crust. The knuckles are very good with a top crust. We will be back. Both thumps up. Keep it up...

The basement was very nice, cozy atmosphere. Food wasn't that special ... Maybe there was a bad day in the kitchen. Food hardly seasoned, wrong soup was brought, steak a bit tough.

I can not understand the partially negative reviews. The food was delicious, the prices are fair. And with us the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Clear recommendation.

Very typical German "Gasthof" with a usual Bavarian waitress who likes the imperative, that just how they are in my experience. Take it as a real Bavarian experience ;) The food was good and very fast, just a little bit pricey tho

They don't tell you what on the menu is gone. Very unorganized, the menu is not even in English. Not satisfied at all.

The selection of vegetarian dishes or alternatives to pork leaves a lot to be desired. ... The prices are high for the choice of dishes. The taste was good.

The Gasthof Mohren is located directly on Labdsberger Hauptplatz. In front of the house you can sit well and inside the restaurant is nicely decorated. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The food looks great and tastes good too. I liked it here.

Food good - with an unreasonably long wait and unreasonably stressed out personnel.

Not my favorite place in Landsberg for Bavarian food, but there is always room and good for beginners eating Bavarian for the first time.

I ordered Käsespätzle with salad, friend had boiled beef with potatoes, typical German food. Beer was good.

Very rude service, but the food was good in German standards. The meat was well made and dishes were large.

We showed up with 5 hungry people on a drive back to Munich on a chilly rainy afternoon. The beers and regional wines we ordered were delicious. For starters we had the smoked salmon that was served with garnishes and cream cheese, delicious! Dinner at our table included pig knuckle, steak an d potatoes and cheese spaetzl (we were given an English menu). All very satisfying and the staff checked in with us to see how we liked the wine (we asked them to choose for us).

Food was very good. Price is ok, Location is great as well
